Week 3 and 4
- - You are on your way to a new, healthier body.
- - Follow the previous instructions and you will continue to lose weight.
- - Do not eat if you are not hungry.
- - Drink one gallon of fluid per day.
- - Check for ketosis.
- - Report any signs of craving or hunger.
- - Increase your daily activity.
- - Make sure you take your fat burner (L-carnitine) and multivitamins.
